I booked Amy Heart, Marilyn Monroe Tribute Artist for a surprise 50th Birthday Party for my husband this last holiday weekend.
I wanted my husband's party to have both a touch of class with a stylish flair - Amy was a dream come true!!
Her talent, grace and elegance combined with the obvious effort she made to personalize her show for our needs
was just outstanding. Our guests are still buzzing about the performance she gave, especially my husband!!
She definitely captured the spirit and charm of Ms. Marilyn Monroe... I am hoping for the opportunity to have
another party and invite her back!

Amy -
Thank-you for helping to make my 60th Birthday Party such a success!! Deb, my wife, caught me completely off guard and I was more than surprised when Marilyn showed up - you do more than justice to Marilyn and her persona - a very class act and everyone was overwhelmed. Hope you enjoyed yourself and realize how much everyone was so impressed - please feel free to use us for any referral business you may ever need - I doubt you will, as I think your name and presentation precedes yourself. Thought you might enjoy these photos of the party.
Thanks again - I had a ball!!!

I would like to thank, Amy as Marilyn for her outstanding job at my parents 50th year wedding reunion. We were happily surprised by how much Amy looks like the real Marilyn and acts like her as well. Her interacting with the crowd made for some really funny moments and great pictures as she spent hours mixing with the crowd. If we need anyone to this kind of service for us again, Amy will top the list.
Dear Amy,
Thank you for such a terrific and engaging performance at the Annual Tradeshow & Meeting of the Iowa Society of Association Executives last Monday. People are still talking!
With Marilyn at the microphone, the crowd truly would stop in their tracks to hear all the announcements being offered throughout the morning. Our tradeshows are pretty active, and it’s often difficult to hear the emcee making announcements over the crowd. This year Marilyn stopped the show each time she made our prize announcements. You could see everyone looking around and smiling as she called the winner’s over. She really worked the crowd and took time for photo opportunities!
Amy’s personal assistant came in tux…the whole performance was a class act!
Thank you again, Amy.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the remarkable performance at Iowa Water Well Association’s Scholarship Auction. There are no words to say how great you were last week! This event is our big fund-raiser for the year and with your wit, charm and personality as Marilyn, our auction exceeded our expectations. We raised almost $3,500 more than we do on average in years past! We finished wrapping up the financials from the auction day and were close to $10,500!
Marilyn’s interaction with the auctioneer and with the audience was perfect. Everyone was fully engaged and having a great time, unwinding after a long day of continuing education. The event did go over our scheduled time, by 1.5 hours, but Amy kept right on going and was just as fresh at the end as she was in the beginning.
Amy made our event a success, one that was talked about the next day and one that will always be remembered.

We wanted something special and not the same old entertainment! What we got was fantastic! Amy Heart was just what we needed. She came in the room as Marilyn Monroe and sang to the audience. She performed a special song for our president. You guessed it, "Happy Birthday, Mr. President." Our members were laughing so much it was hard to catch one's breath.
Amy left for a few minutes, did a costume change, and came back so people could get their picture taken with her plus she signed pictures for all that wanted them. Our members are still talking about having the "Blonde Bombshell" at the meeting. Amy as Marilyn is great entertainment. If you are looking for entertainment that is special and refreshing, do yourself a favor and contact Amy Heart. Sincerely, Brian G. Executive Director
Amy Heart's Response:
What a great time I had entertaining the wonderful folks of the Midwest Free Community Papers at their convention. Everyone was so nice to Marilyn that this was one of the best "get together" I've had the pleasure to appear with. I enjoyed singing for you all and meeting you and taking pictures with you, too. I'm glad the young newspaper boy, Kole, was able to meet Marilyn and pose with her. The smile on his face is priceless. Your company president was just so gallant when I sang "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" to him. It is always a special treat for me to sing to the President! These newspaper people are a great group of Sugars and Daddy's and I thank you ever so!
Client: DAVIS INSURANCE AGENCY, Des Moines, IA
Amy Heart as "Marilyn Monroe" made our classic car show event a memorable one for our policyholders. Her bubbly personality and her willingness to pose with the car owners for photos made the time fly by. I have received many compliments from those that attended the event.
Amy Heart's Response:
To my new friends at the Davis Insurance Agency,
I want to personally thank each and everyone I met at the Vintage Car Show at Porky's this weekend! Special thanks to Mr. Dana Betzinger for inviting me to meet and greet all you lovely folks! It's nice that Dana meets all your insurance needs and throws a party, too! I had a great time talking with each one of you and posing for pictures and taking part in your event. I especially enjoyed all the hugs Marilyn received from her admirers! All the vintage cars were great! It's wonderful that you maintain them and keep them alive and well after all these years. Hopefully, I will see you all again at another Vintage Car event. Thanks ever so! Amy Heart

Amy Heart greeted and photographed with guests for our Red Carpet Grand Opening Event in West Des Moines, we were so glad to find her, I would recommend her and hire her again.
Amy Heart’s Response:
The newly built Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines, Iowa is a wonderful shopping place. Luckily, I was available to be called on short notice since it was right here in the city. The nice people at the Century Theatres engaged me to meet and greet people that came across the red carpet for the Grand opening. As the patrons came down the red carpet, they saw me smiling and waiting for them. My task was to take photographs with them, if they chose. Century Theatres hired a photographer to take the photos and he printed them out for pick up after the movie premiere. Although Century Theatres wanted me to return again for the next day, since they said I did such a great job and people really enjoyed my presence while greeting at least a minimum of 350 theatre patrons. Alas, I had to decline, as I was booked into Las Vegas for that next evening. You see, out-of-state engagements usually book 1 to 2 months ahead of time. I even receive bookings as early as a year in advance. It was a great event, a movie theatre premier, and I felt as Marilyn would feel at such an opening!

She is Marilyn! We hired Amy Heart for a Trade show Convention in Anaheim, California , then we hired her again in Las Vegas, Nevada for our annual company event.
Amy Heart’s Response:
Pitt Ohio Express is one special company. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I had working for them twice in one year! Every moment spent with them was a gem. Pitt Ohio Express's theme is "We're Always There For You." Well, by the way they treated me, I am sure that every one of their customers gets "special attention." Their hospitality for the two days I spent with them at the Anaheim, California industry trade show event was superb. While they exhibited their company's product, I photographed, as Marilyn, with all who stopped by to visit. And, I must say, once the word got around the convention hall that "Marilyn" was in the house, people made it their special "mission" to find the Pitt Ohio Express booth and stop by to see Marilyn and get their photo taken with her. Pitt Ohio Express became the popular exhibitor at the convention! I'm so happy that their company was able to get such exposure by bringing "Marilyn" to the events.
Of course, there is more to the Pitt Ohio Express experience. Shortly after this event, I was contacted once again by their representative. This time they invited me back to their annual company convention. Apparently word got around at the company about how the convention was such a success with the help of “Marilyn” that other’s from the company wanted to see me in action too! I was so thrilled to be given the opportunity to meet the entire company and perform my Las Vegas style show, at the New York, New York Hotel and Casino venue actually in Las Vegas, Nevada! As typical, that evening started out as a "meet and greet" during the cocktail hour. I had a great time being photographed with Pitt Ohio guests. It was so much fun seeing the people I met in Anaheim once again, and now in Las Vegas I got to meet the rest of the company's wonderful and friendly employees for the first time. I shall always remember Pitt Ohio Express of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as one of my favorite engagements loaded with lots of fun and good cheer. I'm also happy to learn that during the Katrina hurricane disaster, Pitt Ohio Express trucks were dispatched to New Orleans and the South to carry needed supplies to the stranded residents of the area.
Client: TOWNSEND ENGINEERING COMPANY Des Moines, IA
Wow! We were impressed and delighted with your “Marilyn Monroe” impersonation for Mr. Townsend’s 91st birthday celebration. You had just the right mix of class, glitz and sultry seduction (tastefully done) to dazzle all our employees. Mr. Townsend, as well as everyone present, thoroughly enjoyed your rendition of “Happy Birthday Mr. President”. Thanks for making our party a big success. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a “legend” quality star.
Amy Heart’s Response:
Thank you, and thanks to Mr. Townsend. You were a great "birthday boy." I had such fun helping you celebrate your birthday and meeting all your wonderful guests. It was an honor to sing to such a well-known man of the City of Des Moines. Mr. Townsend's company grew from a local business into an international business right from the Des Moines metropolitan area. His birthday event was very impressive. His son, Ted, equally impressed me. The real Marilyn would have found Ted to be a real handsome gentleman. I must also agree! When Aj's Best Stretch Limousine Service of West Des Moines came to pick me up I felt like royalty! As the limousine pulled up at Townsend Engineering I was greeted by a host of Townsend Engineering Associates, and a host of Mr. Townsend's friends and family. Marilyn could not have received a better welcome! It was truly an amazing event! I am glad to have been a part of it. Thank you, for inviting me to your corporation and to such a great birthday party.
Client: THE WEITZ COMPANY Des Moines, IA
Just a short note to let you know what a huge success “Marilyn” was at The Weitz Company’s Annual Awards Banquet. Amy Heart’s performance as Marilyn Monroe was fantastic and the crowd loved her. Amy is a pleasure to work with. She is engaging, professional and most amazing of all, actually looks and sounds so much like Marilyn Monroe that it is almost eerie. Amy was a good sport, willing to do everything that we asked to make her performance memorable for all of us there. We would like to thank Amy Heart for a truly amazing “impersonation” of Marilyn Monroe. We were totally satisfied with Amy Heart’s performance and would not hesitate to recommend her to any prospective clients.
Amy Heart’s Response:
The Weitz's Company's Annual Awards Banquet and recognition event took place at the Za-Ga-Zig Shrine Center in Altoona, Iowa. What a lovely decor. The room was fully decorated in a Hollywood theme! If only the real Marilyn could have been there to see it. What a thrill to be there! In my grand entrance I walked in with a birthday cake with blazing candles. The guests applauded and shouted with joy as I opened the show and performed my tribute review. I performed my full Las Vegas style show singing Marilyn hits. The company President, Mr. Mike Tousley, was a good sport as I sung, "My Heart belongs to Daddy" and "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" to him. After my act the hired band played and everyone danced and danced the rest of the night. They sure know how to throw a party! I'm so happy to have been invited.
Client: BLANK PARK ZOO Des Moines, IA
We invited Amy Heart to sing Happy Birthday Mr. President to Mr. Blank for his 90th birthday, thank you for making his birthday extraordinary.
Amy Heart's Response:
Meeting new people is one of the best parts about being a Celebrity Tribute Artist. Being a Marilyn Monroe celebrity tribute artist is like sweet icing on the cake! In 1963, Mr. A. H. Blank, a local citizen, donated $150,000 to the City of Des Moines to start a zoo. Since it's opening, a children's zoo has been added and a new 22 acre zoo developed. It was the occasion of Mr. Blank's 90th birthday that I got to help celebrate Mr. Blank's 90th Birthday at the Embassy Club, 801 Grand Ave. on the 41st floor of the Principal Building -- the tallest building in the State of Iowa.
It was fun meeting and greeting everyone in the birthday party. Mr. Blank was a great birthday boy as I sang "Happy Birthday" to him. The "meeting and greeting" is one of the special treats about being a celebrity impersonator and tribute artist. Mr. Blank's birthday was just that special event to allow "Marilyn" to bring joy and happiness into the lives of so many people. That's one reason why I love this celebrity tribute so much.

Thank You from The Creative Retirement Program for a wonderful program! Our Spring Luncheon was a real hit with your performance as Marilyn Monroe. You do a great impression of Marilyn and your mirror image adds so much to the performance.
The music, voice, clothing, and settings were a real image of Marilyn. You do a wonderful job performing special settings of her works. Everyone wished to continue seeing you perform another set. This comment tells you how much they enjoy the performance and it brought back memories.
Good Luck with your continued growth of your company. Keep up the great performances for the enjoyment we all need to experience for a healthy lifestyle.
Amy Heart's response:
When I arrived at the Creative Retirement's Spring Luncheon and saw that the ballroom was filled to capacity of 125 guests, I was most pleased that so many people purchased tickets to have lunch and to watch me perform the act. Your response and applause after my show was so warm and heartfelt. I was especially moved when the man who was celebrating his birthday whom I sang to on stage told me that this was the best birthday he had celebrated ever in his life! I gave him more "Marilyn hugs and kisses." The stage you prepared for me to perform on and the sound system was great. I loved the beautiful flowers on all the round tables and the Chicken Cordon Bleu luncheon was delicious. I also enjoyed signing nearly 50 of my 8 x 10 color photos for you at the "meet and greet" segment of the program. Thank you for having me.
